Artist, venue, or sponsor applicants may provide additional information such as organization name, website, social media links, and a message. This is used solely to evaluate your application.
By providing your phone number and registering as a bidder, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your auction activity, including:
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly. Opting out of SMS will not affect your auction registration or access to the member portal.
We send transactional emails related to your auction activity (registration confirmation, bid notifications, purchase receipts). If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive periodic updates about upcoming events and artists. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage), which maintains SOC 2 compliance and global redundancy. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
We retain your account information and auction history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business record purposes. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
